Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork bones
- 1 lb pork belly
- 6 portions ramen noodles
- 6 soft-boiled eggs
- 4 green onions
- 6 sheets nori
Instructions
- 1Blanch pork bones, clean thoroughly.
- 2Simmer bones on high for 12+ hours until milky.
- 3Braise pork belly for chashu, slice thin.
- 4Make soft-boiled eggs, marinate in soy and mirin.
- 5Assemble: broth, noodles, chashu, egg, toppings.
