Homemade sushi rolls with fresh fish and vegetables. Easier than you think!

Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 8 nori sheets
- 200 g sushi-grade salmon
- 2 avocado
- 1 cucumber
Instructions
- 1Cook sushi rice and season with vinegar, sugar, salt.
- 2Slice fish and vegetables into thin strips.
- 3Place nori on bamboo mat, spread rice leaving 1 inch border.
- 4Add fillings, roll tightly using the mat.
- 5Slice with wet knife and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
