Spanish Paella

Authentic Spanish paella with saffron rice, seafood, and chorizo. A showstopper dish for family gatherings.

Ingredients
- 2 cups arborio rice
- 1 pinch saffron threads
- 4 chicken thighs
- 200 g chorizo
- 300 g shrimp
- 12 mussels
- 2 bell peppers
- 4 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- 1Toast saffron in a dry pan, then steep in warm broth for 10 minutes.
- 2Brown chicken and chorizo in a paella pan. Remove and set aside.
- 3Sauté peppers and onions. Add rice and toast for 2 minutes.
- 4Add saffron broth, arrange meat and seafood on top.
