Ingredients
- 400 g rice noodles
- 200 g shrimp
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp tamarind paste
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 0.5 cup peanuts
Instructions
- 1Soak rice noodles in warm water until pliable.
- 2Make sauce: combine tamarind, fish sauce, and sugar.
- 3Stir-fry shrimp, push aside, scramble eggs.
- 4Add noodles and sauce, toss until coated.
