- 450 g elbow macaroni
- 4 tbsp butter
- 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup gruyere, shredded
- 0.5 tsp mustard powder
- 0.25 tsp paprika
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
