Ingredients
- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 slice stale bread
Instructions
- 1Roughly chop all vegetables.
- 2Blend everything until smooth.
- 3Strain for a silky texture (optional).
- 4Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- 5Serve with diced vegetables and croutons.
