Ingredients
- 200 g almond flour
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 150 g egg whites
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 1 as needed food coloring
Instructions
- 1Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
- 2Make French meringue with egg whites and sugar.
- 3Macaronage: fold dry into wet until ribbon stage.
- 4Pipe circles, tap pan, let rest until skin forms.
- 5Bake at 300°F for 15-18 minutes. Cool before filling.
