Classic Beef Burger

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 as needed lettuce, tomato, onion
Instructions
- 1Mix beef with worcestershire and seasonings. Form 4 patties.
- 2Make an indent in center of each patty to prevent puffing.
- 3Grill over high heat 4 minutes per side for medium.
- 4Add cheese in last minute and cover to melt.
- 5Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
