Ingredients

1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
4 brioche buns
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 as needed lettuce, tomato, onion

Instructions

Mix beef with worcestershire and seasonings. Form 4 patties.

Make an indent in center of each patty to prevent puffing.

Grill over high heat 4 minutes per side for medium.

Add cheese in last minute and cover to melt.

Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
