Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 0.5 cup butter
- 2.25 tsp yeast
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1Make enriched dough with warm milk, butter, and yeast.
- 2Let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- 3Roll out, spread butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- 4Roll up, slice, and arrange in pan. Let rise 30 minutes.
