Buffalo Wings

Crispy fried chicken wings tossed in spicy buffalo sauce. Game day essential!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 0.5 cup butter
- 0.5 cup hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 cups vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1Pat wings completely dry with paper towels.
- 2Fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- 3Melt butter and mix with hot sauce.
- 4Toss hot wings in buffalo sauce.
- 5Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
