BBQ Pulled Pork

Slow-cooked pulled pork with homemade BBQ sauce. Fall-apart tender and perfect for sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork shoulder
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- 1Mix brown sugar and spices for dry rub. Coat pork generously.
- 2Place in slow cooker with a splash of apple cider vinegar.
- 3Cook on low for 8-10 hours until fork tender.
- 4Shred meat and mix with BBQ sauce.
