Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies with crispy edges. The secret is brown butter and a mix of chocolate chips and chunks!

Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
Whisk together brown butter and both sugars until smooth.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Scoop onto baking sheets and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
