Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 4 carrots
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 onion
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 0.25 cup fresh dill
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- 1Place whole chicken in large pot, cover with water.
- 2Add onion, bay leaves, and simmer for 1 hour.
- 3Remove chicken, shred meat, strain broth.
- 4Add sliced carrots and celery, cook until tender.
- 5Add noodles and chicken, finish with fresh dill.
